Integrity Designs will accept returns only for reason of material defects or improperly filled order.

Please contact us for a RA# anytime and we will do our best to service your needs.

For warranty replacement of your items please contact Integrity Designs directly. We'll be happy to help you with your questions or concerns.

Refunds will only be issued against items that are returned in undamaged and in their original condition.

 How to Return an Item
 
   
1. Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the return the original return authorization number and invoice with your item.
   
2. Ship Your Return - Ship your return using a traceable preferably insured method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, UPS, FedEx).  That way you are protected against any loss during shipment.

3. Check Your Email - We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return, and that the proper credit or debit card account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 5-7 days after we have received your return.  Returns against items paid for by check or money order will be refunded by check.
